Skyhigh were looking to engage with specific senior IT and IT Security decision makers to discuss their cloud and security solutions. Rather than delivering formal presentations, they were looking to get in front of and establish a more informal type of contact with CIOs and CISOs from some of the largest UK-and DACH-based organisations - specific companies on their prospect list.

We proposed a series of executive dinners in specific locations and venues that the client saw suitable and luxurious enough to host C-level decision makers and present their company and its offerings to them. Our complete solution included:

  • Confirm suitable venues, negotiation and handling of all menu choice, operational matters and payments.

  • Designing an individual invitation for each event.

  • Promote event through social media.

  • Research the target companies, identify the target job functions and job titles,

  • Personally contact each target to invite to the event, explaining the merits of the meeting as well as background information on the client.

  • Register each attendee and capture all useful contact data.

  • Report on a weekly basis back to client on progress of each event.

  • Onsite management of each event, managing registrations and overseeing venue.

  • Post event evaluation with all attendees.

We successfully secured high level attendees from Skyhigh's wish list (consisting of C-level executives only - from specific prospect companies) for 3 executive dinners taking place at the venue of their choice - the Shard in London. We confirmed extra delegates for each of these events to make sure we not only deliver the right level of attendees, but also over-deliver on the numbers. The success of these London events resulted in Skyhigh increasing the minimum attendee numbers for each dinner from 10 to 15 and their DACH office running two executive dinners - in Zurich and in Geneva.

5 Executive "Dinners In The Clouds" held: 

  • London (02/15) – target 10, achieved 13 attendees

  • London (05/15) – target 10, achieved 12 attendees

  • London (09/15) – target 15, achieved 16 attendees

  • Zurich (06/15) – target 15, achieved 16 attendees

  • Geneva (06/15) – target 15, achieved 18 attendees

Following the first events held in London, Skyhigh booked more events for the DACH region whilst continuing to run its "Dinners In The Clouds" in the UK. The company has now requested an offer for several USA-based events to be run in 2016-2017.
